Level Two, a leader in International Trade and Development, is seeking a motivated individual to join our HR team in Cologne, Germany. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to enter the field of Human Resources and gain valuable experience in a dynamic international environment. As a trainee, you will work part-time and engage in various HR functions to support our growing team.

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Participate in organizing training sessions and workshops for staff development.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Required Profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and grow within the HR field. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
