As an HR Apprentice, you will work closely with our HR team to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
- Help maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Participate in organizing training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and development.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications and materials.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
