Join Level Two, a leading name in the Libraries industry, as we seek a dynamic HR Apprentice to support our team in Nicaragua. This part-time role, on a limited contract basis, offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources while contributing to our organizational goals. As an HR Apprentice, you will work closely with our HR team to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Participate in organizing training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and development.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications and materials.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Required Profile

We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for human resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Professional experience in a similar role, preferably within the HR department.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software is a plus.
