Level Two, a leader in Process Management, is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team in Oslo, Norway. This part-time opportunity is ideal for an apprentice looking to gain professional experience in Purchasing, Materials Administration, and Logistics. As part of our team, you will contribute to optimizing our supply chain processes and ensuring efficient material management.

  • Assist in the procurement process, including supplier selection and negotiation.
  • Support inventory management and ensure accurate tracking of materials.
  • Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline purchasing operations.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and suggest improvements in supply chain processes.

Required Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a keen interest in logistics and supply chain management, who is eager to learn and grow within our organization. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma in a relevant field.
  • Basic understanding of purchasing and logistics principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
