Level Two is seeking a dynamic and motivated HR professional to join our team in Sindh, Pakistan. As a Project Assistant in our Facilities industry, you will play a crucial role in supporting HR operations and ensuring smooth project execution. This is an excellent opportunity for a young professional with experience in HR to contribute to our growing company.

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Support the HR team in daily administrative tasks and activities.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases with accuracy.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support in organizing training sessions and workshops.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and project alignment.

Required Profile

We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn and grow within the HR field. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional experience in HR or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
