Job Description

Level Three is seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Berlin, Germany, as a Chinese Test Footer within the Education and Social Policy sector. As a key player in our Educational System industry, you will be responsible for developing and implementing testing strategies to enhance our educational programs. This is a full-time, permanent appointment that requires an on-site presence.

  • Design and develop comprehensive testing frameworks for Chinese language courses.
  • Collaborate with educators and curriculum developers to align tests with educational objectives.
  • Analyze test results to provide actionable insights for curriculum improvements.
  • Ensure the integrity and security of testing materials and processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in educational testing and apply them to our programs.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for educators on effective testing methodologies.

Required Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in educational testing and a passion for language education. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Professional experience in educational testing, specifically in language courses.
  • Strong understanding of Chinese language and culture.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing testing strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese is preferred.
