  • Develop and implement social policies and programs that address community needs.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support policy development and decision-making processes.

  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of policies and programs, providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and policy recommendations to senior management and external partners.
  • Stay informed about current trends and developments in the social and health care sector.

Required Profile

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about social policy and eager to make a difference. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Policy, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in policy development or a related area.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
